Cacao is a gentle guide. A plant that invites you to soften, to open, to return to your heart.
Not by force, but through warmth. Through presence. Through feeling.

The experience
A Cacao ceremony is a space to slow down. To step out of the noise and turn inward. Held in a warm and intentional setting, you are invited to connect with what is alive within you.
Cacao supports this process softly. Opening the heart. Bringing awareness to what wants to be felt. Creating space for connection with yourself and others.
There is no expectation. Only an invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are.

How I hold this space
Each ceremony is guided with care and intention. Your experience is at the center.
Through ritual, breath, music and presence, we create a space where you can:
- Soften into your body
- Open your heart
- Release what is ready to move
- Reconnect with your inner world
The ceremony may include:
- A gentle opening and intention setting
- A cup of ceremonial Cacao
- Breath and body awareness
- Music to support your journey
- Space for integration and rest
You are welcome to join a private ceremony or a small group gathering.
Both offer a different, yet equally meaningful experience.

Practical
Ceremonies last around 3-5 hours. It is recommended to keep your schedule light
before and after, so you can fully arrive and gently integrate your experience.

Contra-indications
Ceremonial Cacao is generally safe for use, yet it is vital to consider any contraindications if you are on SSRIs or have a heart condition. In certain cases, Cacao (or chocolate) may be contraindicated due to MAO inhibitors. Cacao serves as a natural antidepressant and may offer a worthy alternative to pharmaceuticals for some individuals. If you are uncertain about contraindications, please discuss them with me ahead of time, before participating in a ceremony or session. Your safety is paramount, and I am dedicated to finding suitable solutions. Open dialogue is essential to this process.

If you feel the call
If you feel the call to open your heart in this way, you are welcome.
