My name is Tessa Aloysia Edmee, and through Tealedra: Remembrance of Wholeness I hold space for deep reconnection — to your body, your breath, the Earth and the unseen realms that guide us.

About me

My path has been shaped by the healing and guidance of Cacao, Blue Lotus, Huachuma, and Ayahuasca, alongside the transformative power of Breathwork, bodywork, ritual and medicine music.

Currently I am a Mesa Carrier in training within the Apaza lineage of the Andes, gently weaving this energy into my work while honouring the depth of its teachings.

These plant allies and various practices all together have taught me the beauty of softening, the strength of slowing down, and the remembrance that we are already whole.

My work blends the medicines of Breathwork, Cacao, Blue Lotus, bodywork, ritual, live medicine music and seasonal alignment, creating experiences where you can come home to your own inner sanctuary.

My path

From a young age, I felt the sensitivity of my spirit — a deep attunement to the hidden layers of life. Life’s initiations led me through both shadow and light, calling me to explore healing across the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual realms. Along this path, I have been guided by plant medicines, teachers, and traditions that carry timeless wisdom

Plant spirits such as Ayahuasca, Huachuma and Cacao have been my companions, showing me the beauty of slowing down, softening, and listening to the quiet voice within. Breathwork became a gateway to transformation, helping me integrate healing not just in mind, but through the body and soul.

Receiving the initiations as Carrier of the Mesa from the Apaza lineage deepened my calling to serve — to bridge ancient traditions with the modern need for rooted presence, wholeness, and self-trust.

My work

Every circle, ceremony or walk is an invitation to remember that you are your own sanctuary.

Through guided breath journeys, sacred plant allies, ritual, music, and intentional space, we reconnect with your natural rhythm and inner wisdom.

I believe self-development is not a race, but a living, breathing journey.

Together we walk at your pace, honouring both the light and the shadow, so you may carry your own medicine forward into your life.
