Through conscious breathing, we gently shift
from the mind into the body. From thinking into feeling.

The session
A breathwork session is a guided journey inward. A space where you are invited to soften, to feel, and to reconnect with yourself. Your breath becomes the guide.
Opening space within the body. Bringing awareness to what is held. Allowing what is ready to move and release.
There is no forcing. No expectation. Only a deep listening to what your system is ready for.
Sessions can be experienced one-on-one or together with a partner or friend. Both offer their own depth and experience.

How i work

- Space for integration and rest

Breathwork is a powerful practice and not suitable in all situations.Please reach out
